Previously, he was instrumental in launching a mortgage correspondent bank at Offerpad Home Loans, overseeing over $100 million in production while building internal processes, training teams, and collaborating with realtors nationwide. His tenure at Achieve / Lendage further solidified his expertise, where he was the first hire for an Arizona-based mortgage startup and played a key role in designing CRM systems, sales scripts, and training programs—resulting in 20X revenue growth.

Beyond mortgage and finance, his leadership in SaaS sales at SettlementOne and Achieve involved scaling inside sales teams, spearheading data analytics-driven marketing strategies, and negotiating high-value contracts with banks and credit unions.
